The Brow Spa by Deborah — last updated August 2026
This policy covers the client app and the online booking pages of The Brow Spa by Deborah ("the studio"). The studio is responsible for the information described here.
What we hold
- Your name and phone number, as recorded by your artist when you became a client.
- Your appointments — past and upcoming — including the service, date and price.
- Before & after photos, only when your artist has enabled photo sharing for you.
- Booking requests you send, including any note you write.
- A notification token for your device, so the app can tell you when an appointment is confirmed or changed.
- Your language preference.
The app does not ask you to create an account or a password. You get in through a personal invite link sent by your artist.
What we do with it
Only what the service requires: showing you your appointments, letting you request a booking, reschedule or cancellation, and sending you notifications about those. Nothing else.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and the app contains no tracking or analytics of any kind.
Where it lives
Data is stored on Supabase, a hosting provider, on servers in the United States. Notifications are delivered through Apple's Push Notification service.
About the photos
Photos are stored under a long, randomly generated web address. Nobody can browse or list them, and they are not indexed by search engines — but anyone who is given the exact address can open it without a password.
Photo sharing is off unless your artist turns it on for you. If you would rather your photos were not shared this way, tell her and she can turn it off and delete them.
How long we keep it
Your record stays for as long as you are a client of the studio. Ask and it will be deleted.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what the studio holds about you.
- Ask for corrections.
- Ask for your record and photos to be deleted — this also disables your app access.
- Turn notifications off at any time in your iPhone settings, under this app.
The fastest route for any of these is to text your artist directly. There is no separate account to close.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 13, and the studio does not knowingly keep records for them without a parent's involvement.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.

- Um código de notificação do seu aparelho, para avisar quando um horário é confirmado ou alterado.
- Seu idioma preferido.
O app não pede cadastro nem senha. O acesso vem de um convite pessoal enviado pela sua profissional.
Para que usamos
Só para o que o serviço exige: mostrar seus horários, permitir pedir agendamento, remarcação ou cancelamento, e enviar avisos sobre isso.
Não vendemos suas informações, não compartilhamos para publicidade, e o app não tem nenhum rastreamento ou métrica de uso.
Onde ficam
Os dados ficam na Supabase, uma empresa de hospedagem, em servidores nos Estados Unidos. As notificações passam pelo serviço da Apple.
Sobre as fotos
As fotos ficam num endereço longo e aleatório. Ninguém consegue listar ou navegar por elas, e não aparecem em buscadores — mas quem receber o endereço exato consegue abrir sem senha.
O compartilhamento vem desligado, só é ativado se sua profissional ligar para você. Se preferir que suas fotos não fiquem assim, é só avisar que ela desliga e apaga.
Por quanto tempo
Enquanto você for cliente do estúdio. Basta pedir para apagarmos.
Seus direitos
- Pedir uma cópia do que o estúdio tem sobre você.
- Pedir correções.
- Pedir a exclusão do seu cadastro e das fotos — isso também encerra seu acesso ao app.
- Desligar as notificações quando quiser, nos Ajustes do iPhone.
O caminho mais rápido para qualquer um deles é mandar mensagem direto para sua profissional. Não existe conta separada para encerrar.
Crianças
O app não é destinado a menores de 13 anos.
Mudanças
Se esta política mudar, a data no topo muda junto.
